We had a wonderful stay with my boyfriend. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere – perfect for a romantic break. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to everything we needed. From the lovely room to the delicious breakfast, everything made our stay feel really special. We’d definitely love to come back!

Wonderful hotel and excellent location just 15 minutes walk through a beautiful park to Bournemouth beach, our room was in a very quiet environment, It has a swimming pool and games room, super quiet and cozy. I highly recommend it to everyone who visits bornemouth affordable price.

Very dated, could do with a bit of TLC. Breakfast staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was very noisy with people running up and down the corridors at 1am slamming doors. We had to move room eventually. It was an ok stay, but I won't be returning.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our 訂房網站 an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Needs some improvement in cleanliness. The hot water jug wasn't clean. I haven't complained as I have not used it. All restaurants, bars and bus stands are within 10-20 mins walking distance. The location is quiet, but enjoyable. Recommend for staying with family.

Typical UK seaside hotel, in need of re-furbishing. We paid a lot for the small, badly furnished bedroom, but it was one of the busiest weekends of the year. Friendly, helpful staff. Chloe in the bar was a star. Pleasant walk through the park to the beach.
